Independent Living with Purpose, Structure, and Experience
JT&T Services was founded with a clear mission: to provide safe, structured, family-style independent living for individuals who need stability, guidance, and supportive oversight without institutional care. Based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and serving communities statewide, our program was built on the belief that stability changes lives — and that community is strengthened one individual at a time. We provide structured housing and limited supportive services for seniors, veterans, individuals in transitional sober living, and those transitioning from homelessness.
Our model balances independence with accountability, creating an environment that promotes dignity, responsibility, and long-term stability.
Our Leadership Team
JT&T Services is led by a team with extensive experience in healthcare, community support, and operational leadership.
Juanika Willis, Co-Founder
Ms. Willis brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to JT&T Services. She is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Kentucky and has dedicated her career to serving vulnerable populations. Her professional experience includes working with individuals experiencing homelessness, individuals with intellectual disabilities, senior populations requiring supportive care. Her hands-on clinical experience and deep understanding of patient-centered care help shape the structured, compassionate environment that defines JT&T Services. Ms. Willis understands firsthand the importance of safety, dignity, and consistent support in maintaining stability.
Timothy Hartgraves, Co-Founder
Mr. Hartgraves brings over five years of supervisory leadership experience in warehouse operations. His background in team management, organization, accountability systems, and operational efficiency supports the structural backbone of JT&T Services. His leadership ensures that our homes operate with clear expectations, organized systems, and structured daily oversight — critical components in maintaining a stable living environment.
Trina McCain, Leadership Team Member
Ms. McCain brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to the JT&T Services team. Her extensive background in healthcare strengthens our commitment to quality, professionalism, and informed decision-making. Her long-standing experience in the healthcare field provides valuable insight into resident needs, safety standards, and care coordination.
